Engineering ServicesThe consultancy is active in the sector of engineering services from its start, this business providing most of its turnover.
Today it is in a position to fulfill a client’s requirements with regard to :
- Design of building systems with total knowledge of national (Greek ELOT) and European Union regulations and standards and use of state of the art software (Greek 4M Adapt).
- Totally professional presentation of plans and other printed material.
- Support of the client through the permit issuance process in the Greek Town Planning offices, which, depending on the permit requested, can be a quite complicated matter. Cooperation with established civil engineering consultants for swift and correct results.
- Support in issuance of permits for manufacturing, by setting up the required dossier with all necessary documents such as the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) study, the Sewage Disposal study, the fire protection study etc, and by submitting it to the authorities and following up the process.
- Carrying out Workplace Safety studies according to the mandatory requirements of the Greek Presidential Decree 17/96, necessary for every business
- Offering Safety Officer and Workplace Physician services to all types of businesses
- Composing and implementing Workplace Safety and Health systems according to OHSAS 18001: 1999 / ELOT 1801 standard
- Composing and implementing Quality Control systems according to EN ISO 9001: 2000 standard
- Composing and implementing Food Hygiene and Safety systems according to EN ISO 22000: 2005 standard (HACCP)
- Managing national and European Union financing projects and carrying out the relevant techno economic studies
